HAZY PALE ALE
PALE ALE - AMERICAN - 4.6% ABV 31 IBU
Our flagship beer for the hop lovers out there. Hazy pale ales are designed to produce the maximum flavour and aroma from the hops used. Often described as 'fruity' and 'juicy' these beers use modern varieties of hops that are specifically cultivated for flavour rather than straight bitterness. Our hazy goes heavy on the Citra and is an aromatic and flavourful pale ale. A perfect crush-able beer for any time of year!

Munich helles GOLDEN LAGER
LAGER - GERMAN - 5.0% ABV 12 IBU
For this brew, our goal was to create a light easy-going lager for everyone to enjoy. This is a classic style of beer in Germany that relies on Pilsner malt and traditional German hops and is designed with drinkability in mind.
Golden, balanced, delicious!

sun city cherry sour
FRUITED SOUR - GERMAN - 5.0% ABV 14 IBU
The Okanagan is well known for its fruit production so we would be remiss not to take advantage of the fantastic quality produce on offer all around us!
For this fruited beer, we took our golden kettle sour and blended it with 100% pure pressed cherry juice from local farms here in Kelowna. The result is strikingly purple and thirst-quenchingly delicious. The perfect companion to an afternoon on our patio overlooking the local fruit orchards.

TWO FIVE OH CALIFORNIA COMMON
LAGER - AMERICAN - 5.1% ABV 42 IBU
What is a California Common you ask? This style of beer is a hybrid lager which is produced by fermenting using a lager yeast at a higher than normal temperature. The result is a more fruity beer that has the characteristics more commonly associated with an ale.
Not that you need to know all that to enjoy this beer. It's a orange coloured, medium bodied lager with notes of honey, brown sugar and other sweet aromatics. We complemented this with a good helping of Northern Brewer hops to give this a clear but not overpowering bitterness. A great, easy-drinking choice that pairs wonderfully with anything from our food menu.

COCONUT HAZY - AMERICAN - 5.0% ABV 29 IBU
This experimental beer was inspired by our new Pineapple Hazy. What pairs well with pineapple? You guessed it! Your favourite cocktail is now available in beer form.
Knock back a couple of these and soon you'll be imagining yourself sitting poolside in the sun.

pete's Stout (NITRO)
OATMEAL STOUT - IRISH - 4.2% ABV 29 IBU
Do you remember that time when you have a minority owner that is a big friendly biker and used the full weight of his stake in the company for an oatmeal stout? Well, let's talk about Pete's Stout!
This well-rounded oatmeal stout is a smooth as they come. It hits all the notes that you would expect from a stout including caramel, chocolate and coffee. This stout will keep you in your comfort zone. Try it in house off the nitro tap for an even richer smoothness!

TRADER'S COVE IPA
INDIA PALE ALE - AMERICAN - 6.0% ABV 56 IBU
This one ramps up the ABV for a real punch of flavour! We paired several classic North American hop varieties with a nice fruity English ale yeast to really accentuate the flavours and bitterness. Grapefruit and orange are the dominant aromas, with some caramel and floral notes.

2021 WINTER ALE
STRONG ALE - ENGLISH - 7.3% ABV 33 IBU
Our first Winter Ale was released in 2020 and was so popular that we’ve decided to make it an annual tradition! This is a beer to crack open in front of the fire after coming in from a cold, dark winter night. Heavy on the malt bill, and with a generous addition of molasses in the boil, this is a beer big enough to warm the soul. Expect a balanced sweetness with notes of treacle and coffee.

VERY ENGLISH PORTER
PORTER - ENGLISH - 4.6% ABV 27 IBU
Our very English brewer, Josh, was biting at the bit to brew a traditional English porter... so we did!
A beer that is rich in flavour and as refreshing as a cup of tea. A combination of dark, roasted grains give a noticeable flavour profile of coffee and dark chocolate. Cascade and EKG hops round off this malty beverage nicely. Don't think that dark beers are only for winter-time. You'll find that this porter pairs extremely well with anything you pull off the BBQ!

GOLDEN ALE - SOUR - 4.0% ABV 13 IBU
Looking for a sour? Then this is the beer for you. For every version of this beer, we take our base golden sour and blend it with whatever seasonal combination of flavours we choose. See the board in house for our current offering!

willie's wheat
HEFEWEIZEN - GERMAN - 5.0% ABV 15 IBU
Willie’s Wheat is our take on a classic hefeweizen, a traditional German style of unfiltered wheat beer. This beer is fresh and light, whilst having a complex flavour profile with subtle notes of banana and clove. The haze that you see in your glass is actually small amounts of suspended yeast which give this beer its distinctive flavour.

ST HOMMEL BELGIAN
DRY HOPPED SINGLE - BELGIAN - 6.9% ABV 28 IBU
A lesser known Belgian beer style, but one that we thought could use a little more representation. Belgium has a strong tradition of monastic brewing (most famous for their Dubbels and Tripels) but the single is the beer that the monks would keep for themselves. This is a more hop-forward Belgian beer that relies on the fruity and aromatic qualities of the hops as well as the phenolic and estery character of the yeast. Deliciously refreshing but beware, you may be surprised at how easy to drink this is!

Old MAN KÖLSCH

One of our lightest, most easy-drinking beers. A smooth, balanced combination of pale malts and subtle hop additions. A crisp, clean beer that is deliciously refreshing!
